Email policy

Effective October 19, 2026.

Who this covers

Michael Joseph Brand, doing business as pdrOS, 1320 Lake St., Fort Worth, TX 76101, owns pdrosapp.com and the mailbox domains pdrOS sends from. This page says who may send email about pdrOS and how we send our own.

1. Nobody else may send email about pdrOS

No one may advertise pdrOS, pdrosapp.com or any pdrOS domain by unsolicited email, text message or any other kind of message. We have no resellers, no partners and no outside senders of any kind, and we never pay anyone to send messages on our behalf. A message about pdrOS from anyone but pdrOS is not authorised. Report it to hello@pdrosapp.com and we will act on it.

2. Who we write to

We write to businesses only: independent auto body, collision and dent repair shops in the United States, at the business addresses they publish. We do not email consumers, we do not buy or rent address lists, and we do not send to an address that did not come from the business's own public listing or from the business itself.

3. What every message carries

The real name and role of the person sending it, a postal address where we receive mail, and a plain way to say stop. A reply asking us to stop, in any words, is honoured and is permanent across every mailbox and every list we run.

4. How much, and how often

Each mailbox sends a small number of messages a day. A business that does not answer is not sent the same series of messages again.

5. Authentication

Every sending domain publishes SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, and every message is signed.

6. Complaints

Write to hello@pdrosapp.com. We answer within two business days and remove the address the same day we read the report.
